Cold Appetizers

Bruschetta
Grilled slices of house made bread topped with diced vine ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil basil pesto.

Prosciutto di Parma con Grana
Thin slices of prosciutto di Parma topped with thin shavings of Parmesan cheese.

Mozzarella Fresca Style Capri
Vine ripened tomatoes layered with thick slices of fresh mozzarella and drizzled with a touch of extra virgin olive oil.

Pizza
Create your very own signature open flame brick over pizza, by choosing five of freshest ingredients below:
Cheeses: Mozzarella, shaved Parmigiano, fresh mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Goat, and Smoked Mozzarella.
Meats: Grilled Chicken, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon.
Grilled Vegetables: Red bell peppers, vidalia onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
Specialty Items: Calamata olives, artichoke hearts, pesto, anchovies and spinach.
* We suggest no more than five ingredients, this ensures the pizza to be crisp and to be fully cooked throughout.

Entreés

Entrees come with fresh baked house-made garlic rolls and your choice of grilled fresh vegetables, pasta, or our house salad. Subsitute the salad for Soup or Caesar Salad for $2.25. There will be a four dollar sharing charge on all dinners. Consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, or seafood increases your risk of contracting a food born illness.

“Zuppa di Pesce”
Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, Scallops, and Calamari sauteéd in a garlic basil and white wine also available in either our Bianco or Fra Diavolo tomato herb broth aloft linguini pasta.

Gamberoni alla “Papa Peppy”
Shrimp tossed with penne pasta in a sun-dried tomato fresh basil goat cheese pesto cream sauce.

Gamberoni “Fra Diavolo”
Shrimp sauteed with garlic, basil and white wine and finished in a Fra Diavolo tomato herb broth aloft linguine pasta.

Gamberoni “Imperiale”
Shrimp sauteed with fresh spinach, garlic, shallots, and finished in a sherry wine. Served aloft angel hair pasta with Romano cheese.

Penne Oscar
Sauteéd Sea Scallops, Shrimp, and Crabmeat tossed with penne pasta and finished in a fire-roasted red bell pepper puree all smothered in a lobster base, basil cream sauce.

Pan seared jumbo shrimp, scallops, and baby clams tossed with cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and linguine pasta finished in a roasted garlic “hot oil” white wine sauce.

Surf and Turf
8 oz. Filet Mignon seasoned, grilled to the perfect temoerature, fresh sea scallops or shrimp, pan seared, and served with sauteed broccoli florets.

Boneless chicken breast sauteed in a lemon butter caper chardonnay sauce.

Veal Scaloppini sauteed with shrimp and crabmeat finished in a fresh tarragon sherry wine cream sauce.

Scaloppini “Marsala”
Veal Scaloppini sauteed with portabella mushrooms and finished in a light Marsala wine sauce.

14 oz. bone-in veal chop grilled, (Medium) seasoned, and served with asparagus and a choice of grilled fresh vegetables, pasta, or our house salad.
