Inspired by the colorful history of the Treasure Coast, Cobalt strives to deliver an adventurous escape to all its guests, whether they’re from out of town or just around the block. Cobalt offers several distinct scenes: that of our poolside grill, our lounge, and our beachfront dining room.

Fresh from the Atlantic,  dinner menu includes highlights like sesame crusted tuna, the infamous truffle fries, and red velvet pancakes. Be sure to save room for a turtle brownie sundae that benefits local turtles!
